Ingredients: Water(Aqua), Glycerin, Perlite, Xylitol, Erythritol, Carbomer, Dipotassium Phosphate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Mentha arvensis leaf Oil, Zinc Citrate, Calcium Lactate, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Benzoate
 
Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes twice daily for up to five days. Maintain by adding pea sized amount to toothpaste one to three times weekly
